This guide identifies and locates major historical print and digital collections within the Indiana University library system and collections now being made available free on the Internet. It also provides a review of executive publications of the nineteenth century as part of the United States Congressional Serial Set, a discussion of the development of executive agency publications in the twentieth century, current indexing and access tools for identifying historical materials, and recommendations for obtaining materials.
