This 5-Star luxury hotel is only few minutes away from the European Headquarter of the United Nations and Palexpo, the largest Conference Centre in Geneva. Transportation from the Airport to the Congress Venue The distance between Geneva Airport and Hotel Intercontinental is 3,7km Bus: Lines 5. Tpg operates a bus from Geneva Airport (GVA) to InterContinental Geneva every 15 minutes. Tickets cost 2-3 and the journey takes 10 min. Information can be found on the TPG public transport homepage. Sponsorship Opportunities SATELLITE SYMPOSIA Program: All Satellite Symposia programs must be approved by the ELMO 2018 Scientific Committee with a view to ensuring the scientific quality and scope of such symposia within the framework of the Congress. Exhibiting Opportunities EXHIBITION SPACE RENTAL 600,00 per square meter This includes: 220V electric power supply (max 500 W) and a power strip Minimum space rental is 6 square meters Two (2) Exhibitors badges per 6 square meter booth EXHIBITING BUILD -UP HEIGHT The maximum building height for exhibit stands is 3.65m. ALLOCATION OF EXHIBITION SPACE Space allocation will be made on a first come, first served basis. A completed application form accompanied by the first deposit payment should be e-mailed to ensure reservation of a desired location. Upon receipt of the application form with payment, space will be confirmed and an invoice for the balance due will be e-mailed. Please note that three alternative choices should be clearly indicated on the application form. Space allocations will be made in the order in which application forms with payment are received.
