CLE will be from 8:00 11:30 a.m. at Dows Fine Arts Center at Coe College. Registration will be from 7:30-8 a.m., and a continental breakfast will be available.. Click here to see the CLE Agenda. Sixth Judicial District Chief Judge David Remley will give a State District Court Update, Attorney Carroll Reasoner will speak on Historical Iowa Supreme Court Cases, Iowa Supreme Court Developments will be given by Iowa Supreme Court Justice David Wiggins, Professor Tung Yin from the University of Iowa College of Law will give a presentation on Classification of Prisoners in the War on Terror and a panel presentation will be given on High Conflict Family Ethical Cases. Application will be made for 3.25 credit hours, including 1.25 ethics hours. The golf and biking events will both take place in the afternoon following the CLE. EDMS will enable electronic filing of, and online access to, entire court documents and files.
