HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES 10. 11. Behavioral Health Request Board approve the contract between the County of Inyo and Kings View Corporation of Fresno, CA for the provision of tele-psychiatry services in a total amount not to exceed $100,000 for the period of October 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018, contingent upon the Board s adoption of the 2017-2018 Budget, and authorize the Interim HHS Director to sign the contract and HIPPA Business Association Agreement. First 5 Request Board: A) approve Amendment No. 1 to the existing contract between the County of Inyo and Triple P American of Columbus, S.C. for the provision of training services, incorporating into Inyo s schedule a new Parenting Teens training and accreditation module for an amount not to exceed $35,155, contingent upon the Board s adoption of the 2017-2018 Budget; and B) authorize the Chairperson to sign. PUBLIC WORKS 12. Request Board: A) approve Amendment No. 16 to County of Inyo Standard Contract No. 156 between the County and Wadell Engineering Corporation of Burlingame, CA for the provision of on-call airport engineering and planning services, to increase the contract amount by $89,905 for a total amount not to exceed $2,265,908, contingent upon the Board s adoption of future budgets; and B) authorize the Chairperson to sign, contingent upon all appropriate signatures being obtained. AG COMMISSIONER Owens Valley Mosquito Abatement Request Board: A) ratify and approve, under the emergency provisions of the Inyo County Purchasing Policy, the contract and associated expenses between Owens Valley Mosquito Abatement Program (OVMAP) and San Joaquin Helicopters of Delano, CA to conduct aerial larvicide applications via helicopter within Inyo County in an amount not to exceed $23,887.50, excluding larvicide material; B) declare San Joaquin Helicopters of Delano, CA a sole-source provider of aerial insecticide application; and C) authorize the Chairperson to sign the contract. recommendation regarding continuation of the local emergency known as the Here It Comes Emergency that was proclaimed in anticipation of run-off conditions from near-record snowpack posing extreme peril to the safety of property and persons in Inyo County. recommendation regarding continuation of the local emergency known as the Rocky Road Emergency that was proclaimed as the result of flooding, mud, and rock landslides and deep snow drifts over portions of Inyo County caused by an atmospheric river weather phenomena that began January 3, 2017 and continued throughout February. recommendation to continue the local emergency known as the Land of EVEN Less Water Emergency that was proclaimed as a result of extreme drought conditions that existed until recently in the County, while considering how to address the ongoing hydrologic issues in West Bishop.
