The regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Cleveland County Commissioners was called to order this 18 th day of May 2015 in the meeting Room 200 of the Cleveland County Office Building by Chairman Darry Stacy. The bid term will be from June 7, 2015 through September 6, 2015. 2. Upon the recommendation of Purchasing Agent Melinda Duke, Darry Stacy moved, seconded by Harold Haralson, to award the low bid of Libra Electric Company in the amount of $73,900.00 for BID#COM2-1714 Electrical Services and complete installation to hook up a Generator for the District #2 Warehouse. 3. The agreement term is from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. 4. Harold Haralson moved, seconded by Rod Cleveland, to approve the Standard Service Contract between The Board of County Commissioners of Cleveland County on behalf of Cleveland County Human Resources and Oklahoma Copier Solutions for service on one (1) Sharp Copier MX 2640 ID#004885. This agreement includes all labor, parts, and supplies. Black and White copies will be billed monthly at $.005 per copy and Color copies will be billed monthly at $.06 per copy. The agreement term is from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. 5. Rod Cleveland moved, seconded by Harold Haralson, to approve the Service Agreement between the Cleveland County Sheriff s Office and Smiths Detection to provide On-Site Service to X-Ray Machines, 604OS SN/76509, and 6030DI SN/63279 for the period beginning July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 in the annual amount of $7,660.00. 6. Harold Haralson moved, seconded by Rod Cleveland, to approve the Contract between Cleveland County Sheriff s Office and Norman Public Schools for educational teaching services at the F. DeWayne Beggs Detention Center for the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 at no cost.
