MOMENT OF SILENCE: A moment of silence was held in memory of MLGW employee Dexter Davis, Crew Leader, Service Construction & Maintenance (SSC) who was fatally injured in a motorcycle accident on March 23, 2012. SPECIAL PRESENTATION: Prior to the presentation, turned the gavel over to Vice Chairman Wishnia who ascended into the Chairmanship. As a token of appreciation for his service on the Board, President Collins and the Board presented a gavel to out-going Chairman Dedrick Brittenum, Jr. who stated he had enjoyed his service on the Board. Following the presentation, left the meeting. Resolution awarding contracts for Cab and Chassis two-ton trucks to Diamond International Trucks in the amount of $774,768.00 and to Tag Truck Center in the amount of $154,825.00, for a total amount of $929,593.00. Resolution approving Change No. 1 to Contract No. 11411, Construct Washwater Recovery Basin, with Argo Construction Company, with no increase in the contract value.
