The property is generally located south of FM 3040 (Flower Mound Road) and east of Gerault Road. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The Edgewood development is generally located south of FM 3040 (Flower Mound Road) and east of Gerault Road. The site is approximately 28.995 acres in size. At the November 18, 2013, Town Council meeting, the applicant received approval to remove eight (8) specimen trees from the site in order to construct the residential development. Due to a change in the development plan design, the applicant is now proposing to add three (3) new specimen trees to the eight (8) specimen trees previously approved for removal.
