Opening ceremonies included the Invocation by Father Andrzej Skrzypiec, Saint Ambrose Parish, Salt Lake City, Utah; Presentation of Colors by the Durango High School Air Force Junior ROTC Color Guard, Las Vegas, Nevada; National Anthem sung by the Durango High School Air Force Junior ROTC Choir; and the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mr. Ralph Walters of Chapter 244. Mr. David Chappuies of Chapter 372 and Director of Membership presented the charter for the newly formed Chapter 300, the Seattle Center Chapter, to Mr. Dan Dohner of Chapter 315 and Northwest Mountain Regional Director. Mr. Smith in the Chair at 8:14 a.m. The Secretary called the roll. Mr. Don Yaeger addressed the delegates. Mr. Conley in the Chair at 10:00 a.m. Mr. Tom Dury of Chapter 151 and FAAMA Treasurer presented the annual Treasurer s report. Ms. Tracey Johnson of Chapter 301 and Nominating Committee Chair reported there were two nominations for the Office of Vice President: Mr. Rich Baker of Chapter 141 and Mr. Andy Taylor of Chapter 382. Ms. Johnson reported there were no nominations for the Office of Treasurer. Mr. Conley opened the floor for nominations to the Office of Treasurer. Mr. Phil Freed of Chapter 262 nominated Mr. George Sant of Chapter 262 for the Office of Treasurer. Mr. Sant accepted the nomination. Mr. Steve Johnson of Chapter 372 nominated Mr. Steve Michaleski of Chapter 372 for the Office of Treasurer. Mr. Michaleski accepted the nomination. There were no further nominations for the Office of Treasurer. Without objection, nominations for the Office of Treasurer were closed. The convention stood in recess at 10:20 a.m. Mr. Conley called the convention to order at 11:00 a.m.

The Secretary called the roll. Mr. Steve Bauer, Federal Employee Education and Assistance Fund Eecutive Director, addressed the audience. The Secretary reported there were no proposed Resolutions. The Secretary read proposed Bylaw Amendments 2013-B-1 through 2013-B-4. Mr. Jim Doskow of Chapter 382 and Chair of the Finance Committee, presented the 2015 Budget of the Association.

Ms. Darla Gerlach of Chapter 358 and Alaskan Regional Director presented the Alaskan Regional Director s report. Mr. David Rivers, Evans Consoles Air Traffic Control Director, addressed the audience. Mr. Michael Livingston of the Livingston Financial Group addressed the audience. The convention stood in recess at 12:03 p.m. Afternoon session Mr. Conley called the convention to order at 1:08 p.m. The Secretary called the roll.
