FWV1402274 FIRST AMENDED FELONY COMPLAINT DA CASE NO. 2014-00-0031955 The undersigned is informed and believes that: COUNT 1 On or about June 21, 2014, in the above named judicial district, the crime of ATTEMPTED MURDER, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 664/187(a, a felony, was committed by Antonio Valentino Ramirez, who did unlawfully, and with malice aforethought attempt to murder Fernando Angel Aroyas, a human being. "NOTICE: The above offense is a serious felony within the meaning of Penal Code section 1192.7(c and a violent felony within the meaning of Penal Code section 667.5(c." It is further alleged as to count(s 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 that prison custody time for the above offense COUNT 2 On or about June 21, 2014, in the above named judicial district, the crime of ACCESSORY AFTER THE FACT-(KNOWLEDGE OF CRIME, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 32, a felony, was committed by Abigail Kimberlina Ramirez, who unlawfully, having knowledge that the crime of attempted murder, a felony, in violation of Section Penal Code 664/187 of the Penal Code of the State of California had been committed by Antonio Ramirez, did harbor, conceal, and aid said Antonio Ramirez, with the intent that he/she might avoid and escape from arrest, trial, conviction, and punishment for said felony. On or about June 21, 2014, in the above named judicial district, the crime of MURDER, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 187(a, a felony, was committed by Antonio Valentino Ramirez, who did unlawfully, and with malice aforethought murder James Kofu, a human being. "NOTICE: The above offense is a serious felony within the meaning of Penal Code section 1192.7(c and a violent felony within the meaning of Penal Code section 667.5(c." It is further alleged as to count(s 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 that prison custody time for the above offense COUNT 4 On or about June 21, 2014, in the above named judicial district, the crime of ASSAULT WITH A FIREARM UPON A PEACE OFFICER OR FIREFIGHTER, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 245(d(1, a felony, was committed by Antonio Valentino Ramirez, who did willfully and unlawfully commit an assault with a firearm upon the person of Travis Burnside when said defendant(s Antonio Valentino Ramirez knew and should have known that said person was a peace officer then and there engaged in the performance of his/her duties.
