Invest no less than $500,000 in a U.S. approved project located in a targeted employment area Directly or indirectly create 10 jobs in the approved project May undergo an interview with the immigration officer in USA IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE, THE FOLLOWING CHARGES WILL ALSO APPLY: A legal fee of $55,000 USD per file Elevay professional fee provided upon request Processing fee At present the USCIS charges $1,500 submission fee. This cheque will be written directly to the USCIS $750.00 will be required for each additional household member applying Your I-829 Permanent Visa Application is NOT INCLUDED in this agreement. They must also include contact information and nature of the business during the term of employment, your duties, responsibilities and your income (broken down by salary, benefits, commissions and bonuses) with, if applicable, an explanation of the basis for calculating commissions and bonuses 8.
