Prayer was offered by Pastor Brad Jury, Providence Baptist Church in Westerville, Ohio, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. The journal of the last legislative day was read. Senator Yuko moved that the February 5, 2018 Senate Journal be corrected to reflect Senator Sykes as a joint sponsor of Sub. S. J. R. No. 5. Without objection, the motion was agreed to.
