NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that in pursuance to a resolution adopted on October 11, 2011 by the Board of Library Trustees of the Defiance Public Library, Defiance County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said library district at an election to be held on Tuesday, the 6 th of March, 2012, at the regular voting places therein, the question of levying a renewal tax for the purpose of current expenses at a rate not exceeding.75 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.075 for each one hundred dollars of valuation for five (5) years commencing in 2013.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of resolutions adopted on November 21, 2011 and December 5, 2011 by the Board of Education of the Ayersville Local School District Defiance County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of Ayersville Local School District at an election to be held in that School district at the regular places of voting therein, on Tuesday, the 6 th day of March, 2012, the question of imposing an annual income tax on the School District income of individuals and estates, for the purpose of current expenses of the Ayersville Local School District, at a rate of one percent (1 %) for five (5) years. Said tax constitutes a renewal. If a majority of the voters voting thereon vote in favor thereof, that income tax will take effect January 1, 2013.

NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to resolutions adopted on November 17, 2011 and November 23, 2011 by the Board of Education of the Central Local School District, Defiance and Williams Counties, Ohio there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said school district at the election to be held on the 6th day of March, 2012, at the regular voting places therein, the following questions as a single proposal: 1. The question of imposing an annual income tax of 0.25% on the school district income of individuals and estates for a period of 33 years, beginning January 1, 2013, for the purpose of paying current expenses; and 2. The question of issuance of bonds by Central Local School District to pay the local share of constructing school facilities under the Classroom Facilities Assistance Program of the Ohio School Facilities Commission and locally funded initiatives; furnishing and equipping the same; improving the sites thereof and acquiring interests in land as necessary in connection therewith, in the principal amount of $7,925,000 to be repaid annually over a maximum period of 33 years and levy a property tax outside the ten-mill limitation estimated as certified by the county auditor, to average over the bond repayment period 4.06 mills for each one dollar of tax valuation which amounts to $0.406 for each one hundred dollars of tax valuation, to pay the annual debt charges on the bonds and to pay debt charges on any notes issued in anticipation of those bonds The polls will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on said date.
