THE PACIFIC ALLIANCE ORGANIZATION LEGAL FRAMEWORK Frame Agreement, signed during the IV President Summit on June 6 th, 2012: It establishes the objectives and structure of the Pacific Alliance as well as the accession process and the participation of Observers Countries. Additional Protocol to the Frame Agreement, signed on February 10 th, 2014: It is the trade agreement of the Pacific Alliance, complements and updating the bilateral FTAs between the four founding countries.
