A NEW AMERICAN LEADER Veteran. Democrat. CAMPAIGN PROSPECTUS Florida s 18th Congressional District www.electpamkeith.com

CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT 18 AT A GLANCE FL-18 has a Partisan Voting Index of R+5 and was one of the first districts targeted by the DCCC in 2017, establishing it as a top pickup opportunity for national Democrats. In off-year and special elections across the country since November 2016, Democrats have outperformed previous results by 14.3%. Currently, Republicans only have a 3% voter registration advantage over Democrats in the district, but enthusiasm for Pam Keith and engagement by Independents could easily overcome this gap. FL-18 PARTY REGISTRATION: 35% Democratic 38% Republican 28% Independent/Other To our advantage is also Pam s proven record of connecting with voters and winning votes in the 18th Congressional District. During her Senate race in 2016, she won nearly 10,000 votes in the district, and has since grown that supporter base with her boundless energy and willingness to get out and meet voters throughout the district. Voters in FL-18 Disapprove of Donald Trump and Brian Mast FL-18 APPROVAL RATINGS Public Policy Polling, 567 CD 18 Respondents, December 12-13 Candidate Approval Disapproval Donald Trump 45% 53% Brian Mast 40% 45% The combined assault on Obamacare and passage of the tax bill has made Brian Mast even more vulnerable. FL-18 BRIAN MAST VS. GENERIC DEMOCRAT Public Policy Polling, 567 CD 18 Respondents, December 12-13 Brian Mast Generic Democrat Pre-Explanation of GOP Tax Bill 45% 44% Post-Explanation of GOP Tax Bill 45% 47%

WHY PAM KEITH WILL WIN CD-18 IS READY TO ELECT A DEMOCRAT LIKE PAM KEITH FL-18 has bounced between Republicans and Democrats for years. Winning this critical seat is tied to two important factors: the overall mood of the electorate and the caliber of candidate. Pam Keith is the ideal candidate at the right time to win this seat. FL-18 Her military background, unique approach to policy, and ability to authentically connect with a wide swath of voters will allow her to take advantage of the winds in the face of Brian Mast and his fellow Republicans. While Pam knows that she has two big battles ahead of her in both the primary and general elections, she is ready to take on and defeat her flawed opponents. Our primary opponent, Lauren Baer, has not lived in the district for more than a decade and is out of touch with the party base. She is increasingly viewed by activists as someone who simply cannot stand up to incumbent Representative Brian Mast. After the primary, Pam will be able to focus exclusively on Mast who has considerable vulnerabilities, including a corruption scandal, tanking job approval numbers, and continued movement of voters away from Republican candidates this cycle. PAM KEITH HAS THE RESOURCES TO PUT HER ON THE PATH TO VICTORY Pam has a wide, national base of donor support, which was untapped during her 2016 run. With deep relationships in both the business community and her personal circle of friends and supporters, Pam is well positioned for a strong showing of support and on target to reach her budget goals. Pam s campaign team is finance-focused and lead by a manager with an acute attention to the efficient use of every dollar raised. Her robust finance staff is experienced and dedicated to fully funding her campaign budget.
