President-Elect Donna Allen Fall state installation will be a luncheon Saturday September 15 th in Columbus Leadership orientation is October 4 th and 5 th in Stark County, state and local network officers, chairpersons and vice chairpersons Collecting the 990 s and $100 charge and those have all been collected and sent to the accounting firm Please let me know if you hold a state realtors association committee chair, director or officer position and let her know 1 P age Women s Council of Realtors Ohio Network www.wcrohio.org

Nominating Pat Zirkelbach Announced at January meeting, Donna automatically moves into the President position, Sandy Runyon is running for President-Elect, Debbie Stohl is running for Treasurer, Denise Taylor is running for Secretary Ivan Smith submitted application Election for the Governor position and there will be a vote later in the meeting Strategic Plan Mary Foraker Strategic plan from 14-16 and have now updated for 18-20 and handed out at the front table Debbie will upload to the website See attached plan for review of changes Christine Pratt has created a mobile app for membership Must be a paid strategic partner or member, as they renew or join, their photo and bio will be added to the app Motion made that the changes to the strategic plan through 2018-2020 be approved, seconded, all were in favor and the motion carried Ways and Means Ivan Smith All funds for Jeep sales tickets due end of April before we leave for DC All funds go into local network account and send state 1 check from network If you have to eat some tickets your local network could win $10,000 Silent auction today, bid away and we ll close out at end of meeting Send stubs and checks to Sandy Runyon SPECIAL COMMITTEE CHAIR REPORTS Audit Jan Jedlinsky No report, doing first audit after DC trip Awards and Recognition Nancy Hendrickson Requesting more participation with Local Network Presidents turning in information to me See attached report Communication Beth Campbell No report Membership Nancy Farkas Total Ohio is up by 6 members and 2.8 percent per Martha Rusk Dayton increased from 25 to 34 members o What we did to make an increase was to bring the incoming VP of membership on early and helped with training Northeast went from 27 to 34 members o What we did to make an increase was to create outstanding events and marketing them heavily through social media Columbus continues to have 52 members Check out the Savings Center! Working with our board to get the designation for global alliance and partnering for customs cultures and contracts at our next meeting. Dayton Paula Buehrer Seeing in Dayton for our industry events improved attendance, lot more people which is great to see, pushing invitations out on social media has been increasing our attendance, just introducing electronic lockboxes in the Dayton market. May is our Fashion show and then last realtor standing. Northeast Ruthie Lowrey In our network there is so much excitement, we have a new membership director who is doing some fabulous things, increasing our membership and have lots of strategic partners on board. Having a free mixer. Robyn Clark Stark County Doing a membership bingo to get membership involved at local, state and national levels. Whoever wins on the Bingo slots wins a free membership. To get new members we have asked our current members to each bring a new member for free and they get offered $50 discount on becoming a member. Ivan Smith Toledo Great to see networks getting new members and growing! Last Realtor Standing had 325 people in attendance and sold out! Opened up sponsors to members first, then opened to only members for a week, and then had 93 tickets left and sold in 3 hours. Working on annual golf outing currently. What s going on in Toledo is the next meeting and its very well attended. Second year as network president and we are transitioning early for transfer to Katrina. Very excited for our coming events and Toledo Network!
