Amends the Human Rights Act 1981 2 Section 2(1) of the Human Rights Act 1981 is amended by deleting the definition of the Minister and substituting the following definition Minister means the Minister responsible for the Human Rights Commission;. 1
Amends the Proceeds of Crime Act 1997 3 Section 49 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 1997 (Establishment of the National Anti- Money Laundering Committee; regulations etc) is amended (a) (b) in subsection (1), in paragraphs (a), (c) and (d), by inserting after Minister the words and the Minister of Finance ; and in subsection (2) paragraph (f), and in subsections (2A), (2C) and (2E), by deleting Minister and substituting Minister of Finance. Amends the Public Access to Information Act 2010 4 Section 3 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010 is amended by deleting the definition of Minister and substituting the following definition Minister means the Minister responsible for Government Reform;. Amends the National Drug Control Act 2013 5 Section 2 of the National Drug Control Act 2013 is amended by deleting the definition of Minister and substituting the following definition Minister means the Minister responsible for drug prevention;. Amends the Personal Information Protection Act 2016 6 Section 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act 2016 is amended by deleting the definition of Minister and substituting the following definition Minister means the Minister responsible for information and communication technologies policy and innovation;. Other statutory amendments 7 The enactments specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order are amended in the manner specified in column 2. 2
SCHEDULE Economic Development Act 1968 Employment Act 2000 Employment of Children and Young Persons Act 1963 Labour Relations Act 1975 (Paragraph 7) In section 3B(2)(e), delete labour relations officers of the Department of Workforce Development and substitute labour relations officers under the authority of the Manager of Labour Relations. Section 3 is amended (a) by deleting the definition of inspector and substituting inspector means the Manager of Labour Relations or a person designated as an inspector under section 34; (b) in the definition of Minister by deleting workforce development and substituting labour relations. Section 1(1)(a) is amended (a) in sub-paragraph (iii), by deleting substituting Manager of Labour Relations ; (b) in sub-paragraph (v), by deleting responsible for workforce development and substituting responsible for labour relations. In section 1(1), delete the definition of Director and substitute in the proper alphabetical order Manager means the person holding the public office of the Manager of Labour Relations; Section 3 is amended (a) in the headnote, by deleting Director and substituting Manager ; (b) in subsection (1), (2) and (3), by deleting Director and substituting In section 5M(1), delete Director and In section 5T, delete Director and 3
