Communication from Commissioner of Recreation and Parks in relation to an agreement with Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Hubbard s Cupboard LLC, to provide daily lunch catering services for the Senior Center Nutrition Program. Communication from Director, Youth Bureau, in relation to a contract with Student Assistance Services Corp., to provide a Middle School Prevention Coordinator as part of the White Plains Cares Coalition. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor to execute on behalf of the City a consulting services contract with the Student Assistance Services Corporation to provide a Middle School Prevention Coordinator as part of the plan of the White Plains Cares Coalition funded by the Drug Free Communities Grant Award.
