BOD Meeting Update The BOD Meeting has been moved to December 18. The agenda includes o Presentation by Matthew Crow, California Water Board Campaign o Annual dialogue with Matt St. John, EO NCRWQCB 3. Stormwater Program Trash Assessment report Discuss RRWA recommendations o Colleen Hunt (RRWA) reviewed the report from a regulator s perspective. o Colleen will send out recommendations to specific individuals. She recommends having all comments addressed by late January. o Reminder for TWG to document credit for current trash removal efforts. Laguna MRP report Discuss data and information submittal schedule o The current report is for the Dry Weather monitoring. Based on the schedule and the TWG members asking for an extension from the Water Board on deliverables. RRWA suggested combining dry weather and wet weather reporting by May 15, 2018. Dry weather data needs to be submitted to RRWA by the end of 2017. Wet weather data needs to be submitted to RRWA by April 15, 2018. Wet weather data is to be collected sometime between October to March. Spanish Language outreach implementation Discuss direction for RRWA o There are 6 months left to comply with the Ethnic and Child Outreach tasks. o Elizabeth Cargay (Town of Windsor) informed the group that there will be a meeting in January to discuss next steps, discuss what outreach Sonoma County is doing, and ensure the topics of outreach are storm water related. Child outreach implementation Discuss candidate initiatives o RRWA will wait for direction. 4. 2018-2019 Work Plan Review revised project list draft budget The Russian River Watershed Association complies with ADA requirements and will attempt to reasonably

Russian River Watershed Association SUMMARY NOTES: Page 2 of 3 o RRWA thanked the TWG members that have submitted their operating budgets and reminded other members to submit them as soon as possible. o Andy Rodgers reminded the TWG of the January 9 TWG meeting where the budget will be discussed. The budget will be sent for review prior to Jan 9. Andy Rodgers reminded TWG members to schedule a meeting with TWG and respective BOD members. o The February 13 TWG meeting will offer a final review of the work plan before it is finalized for BOD consideration. Review levels of effort for BOD presentation on December 18 o Timeline for development and adoption December 12: TWG review draft 2 projects December 18: BOD review draft projects January 9: TWG review workplan budget January 15 31: Member agency meetings February 13: TWG final review February 22: BOD considers approval Last call for operating budget December 15 5. Russian River Storm Water Resources Plan Milestones updates and 2018 schedule o December: Prepare Draft SWRP o TAC meeting #4: January 16 Meeting will review comments on the Draft SWRP, recommended updates, and adoption presentation. o January 31: Draft SWRP to SWRCB o Andy Rodgers mentioned that SWRP information is on the SharePoint site. 6. Safe Medicine Disposal RRWA comment Letter on Sonoma County Safe Medicine Draft Model Ordinance was mailed to Board of Supervisors (BOS) on November 30. A Mendocino County meeting is scheduled for February 2018. 7. North Bay Fires: Updates, Collaborations, and Next Steps Watershed Emergency Response Team Report Watershed Collaborative update o Subcommittees were formed to determine short term priorities and long-term strategies for natural and working lands. o Report is being prepared for BOS and is scheduled for March 2018. Russian River Watershed Pilot for California Water Plan update 8. Additional Updates 10 th Annual Steelhead Festival, February 10 Review and discussion of RRWA signage updates o RRWA is in the process of updating signage North Coast Resources Partnership (NCRP) update o Policy Review Panel will be on January 19, most likely in Ukiah. o The RRWA will present the SWRP at the April quarterly meeting
