The office of peaceful settlement of disputes for The United States of America, headed by the general post office for The United States of America. The International Criminal Court of The United States of America and the Investigators Division for The United States of America, headed by the General Post Master Council for The United States of America. Each part of the Judicial Branch of The United States of America shall have equal suffrage so that one part cannot usurp the powers and authority of the other. All parts of the Judicial Branch of The United States of America, just as any other branch shall be subject to the laws enacted by the assembly of affirmed American Nationals, properly convened. IT IS ORDERED, that the Notarial Tribunal under the Secretary of State for The United States of America shall be renamed The Human Rights Defenders under the Secretary of State for The United States of America. FURTHER BE IT ORDERED, that all office holders within the General Post Master Council shall be known as judges, and IT IS RECOGNIZED, that the General Post Master Council accepts that the International Criminal Court has been redefined as The Supreme Court of the Confederacy of The United States of America and then transformed into The Human Rights Tribunal with two branches. The Human Rights Tribunal and The War Crimes Tribunal, both with International and National jurisdiction. IT IS RECOGNIZED, that the General Post Master Council accepts that the office of peaceful settlement of disputes for The United States of America and is headed by the General Post Office of the Government of The United States of America. AS AMENDED TO IT IS RECOGNIZED, that the General Post Master Council accepts that it operates in equity jurisdiction under a republic form of government. AS AMENDED TO IT IS RECOGNIZED, that the General Post Master Council claims universal jurisdiction in common law, equity and universal jurisdiction. STRUCTURE OF THE JUDICIAL BRANCH JURISDICTION 1: The office of Peaceful Settlement of Disputes in equity jurisdiction-appeal to: 2: Human Rights Defenders for investigation, recording, accepting evidence etc.. to be heard in the General Post Master Council, in equity jurisdiction, appeal to: 3: The Human Rights Tribunal or War Crimes Tribunal: The Human Rights Tribunal is human rights cases in equity jurisdiction and the War Crimes Tribunal is criminal in Common law with a jury of 12 affirmed American Nationals in good standing, appeal to: 4: The last appeal is to the assembly for the Government of The United States of America if the Judicial Branch fails to render proper judgment in equity jurisdiction or common law.
