JUNIOR CHAMBER INTERNATIONAL HONG KONG NOTICE OF 2017 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Junior Chamber International Hong Kong will be held at Gordon Wu Hall, B P International at No. 8 Austin Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon on 23 rd September 2017 and 24 th September 2017 for the following purposes: 1. To receive the reports of National President and all National Board of Directors. 2. To receive the reports of National Committees and Commissions 3. To receive the reports of 21 Local Organization Members. 4. To receive and consider the annual accounts with auditors reports of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2016. 5. To elect 2018 National President, National Executive Vice Presidents and National Vice Presidents. 6. To appoint National General Legal Counsel for 2018. 7. To appoint National Secretary General for 2018. 8. To appoint National Honorary Treasurer for 2018. 9. To appoint National Directors for 2018. 10. To appoint Honorary Auditor for 2018. 11. 1. Terms used herein shall have the same meanings as the articles of association of Junior Chamber International Hong Kong, unless otherwise stated. 2. No LOM shall be entitled to vote at any General Meeting unless all moneys payable by it to the Company in its capacity as LOM have been fully paid or have been outstanding for not more than one (1) month after they fall due for payment before that General Meeting. 3. On a poll votes may be given either in attendance or by proxy. 4. The instruments appointing a proxy shall be in writing in such form as the National Board of Directors may approve and shall be deposited at the registered office of the Chamber at 21/F, Seaview Commercial Building, 21-24 Connaught Road West, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, on or before 10:30am. on 21 st September 2017. A proxy shall be entitled to demand or join in demanding a poll and on a poll votes may be given either in attendance or by proxy. No LOM which is being appointed as a proxy may act as a proxy for another LOM at each General Meeting of the Company. 5. Agenda of the General Assembles are set out on page 3 to 9. 6. The annual accounts with auditors reports and the reports of the National Board of Directors are enclosed. 2
