I. OPENING OF MEETING A. Call to order 1. The regular meeting of the of the Fairport Exempted Village School District is called to order at p.m. in the Fairport lower level library room. 2. Roll Call: Treasurer, Mr. Lew Galante Please stand and join the Board in the pledge to our flag. II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Moved by, seconded by, to adopt the agenda as presented and with such modifications made by the Superintendent. Mrs. Coll,Mrs. Cope, Mrs. Hites, Mrs. Javins, Mr. Lukshaw III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Moved by, seconded by, to approve the minutes of the June 25, 2018, regularly scheduled Board meeting, in pursuant to Board policy BDDG. Mrs. Coll, Mrs. Cope, Mrs. Hites, Mrs. Javins, Mr. Lukshaw IV. PRESENTATION V. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION A This time is available to any member of the public to address the Board. The Board President will recognize speakers, allowing no more than a five-minute time allocation for each and not to exceed 30 minutes total. 1

Moved by, seconded by, to approve the agreement with the Lake County ESC for the provision of Naviance consortium, as recommended by the district Superintendent. Moved by, seconded by, to adopt the following Board policies, as recommended by the policy committee, building principals and district superintendent. Moved by, seconded by, to approve the disposal of obsolete, damaged weight equipment, from Harding, as recommended by the district Superintendent. D. Moved by, seconded by, to approve the pilot program with Avery Dennison to introduce RFID student monitoring system at McKinley Elementary and Harding MS/JR High, as recommended by building principals and district superintendent. 2

E. Moved by, seconded by, to approve the overnight 20/20 trip, on November 19-20, 2018, as recommended by the Trip Advisor, Michelle Jurick, and the district Superintendent. Exhibit D F. Moved by, seconded by, to approve the overnight Grades 6-8 Toronto trip on, May 8-10, 2019, as recommended by the Trip Advisor, Michelle Jurick, building Principal, and the district Superintendent.
