Chief Building Official Rochin has submitted a report reviewing Zoning Code 12-4-9 and the parameters required for a guest house which is a structure for human habitation that contains one or more rooms with bathroom facilities but DOES NOT include any kitchen/cooking facility. Zoning Code 12-4-20 states that one guest house is permitted per lot accessory to the main dwelling and CANNOT be rented out. Approve Resolution No. 2004 of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Tolleson Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with Tolleson Union High School District No. 214 of Maricopa County relating to Seasonal Youth Sports and Joint Use of District Facilities. d. Approve Purchase Agreement between the City of Tolleson and Cross Telecom Corporation on behalf of Avaya Federal Solutions, Inc. This request is to purchase required new telephone system hardware and professional services for general telephone services and support of the new Police and Courts Building and Fire Station #1. This is a budgeted expenditure and part of the construction process for Tolleson s new public safety buildings. Enclosed is a revised contract that has been agreed upon from our City attorney and Cross attorney. e. Approve the Scope of Work and purchase of wireless data hardware and professional services to connect City Hall to the future public safety buildings from Network Infrastructure. Mohave Contract: 06F-NIC-0721. This is a budgeted expenditure and required for communications capability between the new buildings and City Hall.
f. Approve purchase of two (2) emergency communications center radio consoles from Watson Furniture Group under City of Casa Grande, Arizona contract # 1006-2 to house public safety radios, 911 terminals and computer aided dispatch computers for use in the new Police and Courts facility. (Budgeted expenditure) g. Approve purchase of specialty shelving from Concert Architectural Interiors, Phoenix, Arizona under Maricopa Community College District Buying Agreement # 2689-8 to meet State of Arizona Library and Archive guidelines for Court records and Police records and specialty shelving to meet industry requirements for Police property and evidence and Police armory in the new Police and Courts building. (Budgeted expenditure) h. Approve purchase of office furniture for the new Police and Courts public safety building from Goodman s Furniture, Phoenix, Arizona under State Contract # EPS070112-1-A4. (Budgeted expenditure) i. Approve Resolution No. 2005 of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Tolleson, Arizona approving an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the Regional Public Transportation Authority of Maricopa County relating to the Bus Stop Improvement Reimbursement Program. j.
