S.M.A.R.T GOAL EXERCISE Using the SMART goal format, write a personal goal that you can accomplish in the next 90 days: Review with a partner to access if your goal follows SMART: SPECIFIC: What do you plan to achieve? Is it clear? MEASURABLE: How will you measure to see if you have met your goal? ACHIEVABLE/ACTION: What steps do you have to take to accomplish your goal? REALISTIC: Is your goal realistic? If not, how can you make it realistic considering your obstacles. TIME-ORIENTED: Is it time-limited? Can the goal be accomplished during this specific time-period?
