Election of Officers Dr. Bonasera asked for nominations for the Office of President of the Board. Mr. Kostic moved, seconded by Mr. Yavorka, to nominate Dr. Wittpenn as President of the Board of. Election of President Dr. Bonasera asked for nominations for the Office of Vice President of the Board. Ms. Jordan moved, seconded by Mr. Yavorka, to nominate Ms. Compagnone as Vice President of the Board of. Election of Vice President (Note: Dr. Wittpenn was administered the Oath of Office by the District Clerk on July 14, 2009; Ms. Compagnone was administered the Oath of Office by the District Clerk on July 6, 2009.) School District Officers/Board Appointees Mr. Kostic moved, seconded by Ms. Jordan, that the Mount Sinai Board of hereby appoints Maureen Poerio as District Clerk for the Mount Sinai School District for the fiscal year 2009-10. District Clerk Mr. Kostic moved, seconded by Ms. Jordan, that the Mount Sinai Board of hereby appoints Lynne Kirchenko as District Treasurer, and the Superintendent of Schools and/or the Assistant Superintendent for Business as Deputy District Treasurer, for the Mount Sinai School District, at the pleasure of the Board, for the fiscal year 2009-10. Mr. Kostic moved, seconded by Ms. Jordan, that the Mount Sinai Board of hereby appoints Marie Johnson as Internal Claims Auditor for the Mount Sinai School District, at the pleasure of the Board, for the fiscal year 2009-10 as per her Terms and Conditions of employment dated 6-14-96. Internal Claims Auditor Mr. Kostic moved, seconded by Ms. Jordan, that the Mount Sinai Board of hereby appoints Rose Marie Madonna as the Assistant to the Internal Claims Auditor for the Mount Sinai School District, at the pleasure of the Board, for the fiscal year 2009-10. Assistant to the Internal Claims Auditor Other Appointments hereby appoints Dr. Mark Wasserman as School Physician for the Mount Sinai School District for the fiscal year 2009-10 at an employee/student physical rate not to exceed $35/hr. School Physician hereby appoints Kevin Seaman and the firm of Hogan, Sarzynski, Lynch, Surowka & DeWind as School District Attorneys for the Mount Sinai School District for the school year 2009-10 at a rate not to exceed $210/hr. School Attorneys hereby appoints Coughlin, Foundotos, Cullen & Donowski as the External Auditor for the Mount Sinai School District for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010 in the amount of $47,800.
