Motion: Commissioner Martino Second: Commissioner Austin Motion to approve. Motion 7 0 0 Discussion: Commissioner Gray inquires if the bids came in over-priced? Manager Shepherd responds the price on the Full Depth Reclamation was higher than what the engineer had estimated, so he revised the plan with a flexible base pavement but rather than full depth concrete and by doing so it makes sense to also reject the Maintenance Sealing bid because they are intertwined. The recommendation will be to re-bid and award in April with a revised mix for Scotch Hill Road. FURTHER BOARD COMMENTS No further Board comments.
