5004 C. #21-2018 RESOLUTION to approve participation in the Ohio BWC s Group Rating program for the January 1, 2019 to December 2019 rate year. Ohio SchoolComp will provide Workers Compensation and Unemployment Third Party Services for the annual Contract period beginning September 1, 2018 for a fee of $310.00. D. Motion to approve a generous donation of material for use in the Recycling Program from Boltaron, Inc. a Simona Company of Newcomerstown, Ohio valued at $728.88 for use in the Environmental Science Class advised by Mr. Trevor Garretson. SUPERINTENDENT S RECOMMENDATIONS A. Motion to approve the Kent State University Memorandum of Understanding regarding College Credit Plus Master Agreement for the school year 2018-2019 as submitted, (Appendix A). B. E. #22-2018 RESOLUTION to congratulate Megan Stonebraker, a senior Cosmetology student, for being selected by the Principal to be recognized as a 2018 Muskingum Valley E.S.C. Outstanding Senior Student. Megan then selected Mrs. Darla Wagner, Cosmetology instructor, as a positive, motivating influence for her personal goals and
