TUESDAY, OCTOBER 9TH, 2012 Strike Terminations/Tall StructurersStructures Task Group to coordinate all comments regarding the rearranging and renumbering of Sections 4.6-4.8. Grounding and Bonding Task Group to evaluate the sideflash distance calculations related to ROC 780-18, 780-19, 780-20. Mitch Guthrie to submit substantiation and diagram revision related to ROC 780-33. Joanie Campbell to submit diagram in support of ROC 780-44. Tom Harger to coordinate revision of ROC 780-46. CC1 - Changing order of units. (Held over for action later.) CC2 - Change "nongrounded" to "ungrounded", document-wide. ROC Agenda approved. Minutes of ROP and teleconferences accepted. New online process for revision cycles to be implemented following close of this cycle. Documents will be available as First Draft, Second Draft and Standard. WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 10TH, 2012 Dick Roux to provide the text of CC4 on 780-15 to the TC for final review on Oct 11. CC3 - Add annex material providing near equivalent AWG sizes for bare conductors.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 11TH, 2012 Mitch Guthrie to research the unit swapping issue related to the metric-english reporting order. CC4 - Comprehensive revision of ROC 780-15 text to reconcile several comments. CC5 - Comprehensive revision of Chapter 12 to ensure MOS compliance and reconcile several comments on the material. CC6 - Revision of 4.6.5.2 and related material relevant to ROC 780-20. FRIDAY, OCTOBER 12TH, 2012 CC1 - The TC resolves to change the order of units to English, then SI in parenthesis, except for Annex L and A.4.18.4.1. CC7 - Review the document to ensure consistency in internal document references following the rearrangements of Sections 4.7, 4.8 and 4.15 through 4.21. All Task Groups were retired with thanks to the TG leaders and members for their service and contribution. New task groups formed: Grounding & Bonding, Tanks, Modeling, Smart Homes. The TC reviewed the LPI statement on CSST and affirmed it. Mitch Guthrie to address the NFPA 54 TG on the issue. Pre-ROP scheduled for 4/21/2014 to 4/25/2014 (likely in Quincy, MA). The ROC adjourned and the Chair thanked all for their hard work and participation.
