Pursuant to the Interim Applications, objections, if any, to each Interim Application were to be filed and served no later than the objection deadline set forth on each of the Interim Applications. The Plan Administrator is not aware of any objections or other responses with respect to the Interim Applications and the hearing to consider approval of the Interim Applications is scheduled for February 12, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. (ET. 3. Pursuant to the Fee Examiner Order, David M. Klauder (the Fee Examiner filed the Examiner s Consolidated Final Report to Interim Fee Applications of Certain Retained Professionals Scheduled for Hearing on February 12, 2018 (the Fee Examiner s Final Report [Docket No. 510] recommending the approval of fees and expenses requested in the Interim Applications with certain agreed upon reductions. 4. Attached hereto as Exhibit A is a proposed form of order (the Omnibus Fee Order, which accurately reflects the fees and expenses of the Professionals pursuant to the Interim Applications, including any voluntary deductions thereto. The proposed Omnibus Fee Order has been circulated to and consented to by each of the Professionals, the Office of the United States Trustee for the District of Delaware, and the Fee Examiner. Further, each of the Professionals has confirmed that its fees and expenses sought, as reflected on Exhibit A to the proposed Omnibus Fee Order, are accurate.
