INTRODUCTION The Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) has been achieved for 48 indicators out of 67 indicators As for the indicator that has not been fuly achieved, those will be explained further on the framework of Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TBP) or so called Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Almost all of the SDGs target is integrated with 2015-2019 RPJMN, furthermore the plan needs to be synergized on national and regional level. Presidential Decree 59, 2017 aims to rule out the mechanism of SDGs implementation in Indonesia As for the next agenda, there will be National and Regional Action Plan related to the issues The committee of TPB consists of Government, Philanthropy, Business Associate, CSO, and Academician Expert The need of establishing Inter-Board mechanism especially on the national and regional level as a way to enhance the essence on TBP 3

GOAL 16 PROMOTE PEACE AND INCLUSIVE SOCIETY, PROVIDE ACCESS TO JUSTICE FOR ALL, DEVELOP EFFECTIVE, ACCOUNTABLE, AND INCLUSIVE AGENCY ON EVERY LEVEL Reducing any form of violence that causes death Combatting any violence towards children Promoting Law and Access to Justice for All Campaign against any form of organized crime Campaign against Corruption Expanding institutional capacity to be more effective, accountable, and transparent Ensuring policy making and democracy process Enhance developing country participation and global institution Providing identity for all people Ensuring access for public on privacy information and fundamental rights Building institutional capacity to prevent any kind of crime Supporting National Act and Regulation to avoid discrimination 9

National Action Plan for Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions Goal: Goal 16 is an important aspect to succeed the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals. Goal 16 has 12 targets with 34 indicators that projected to be achieved in 2030. Policy: Goal 16 has three (3) main agendas. First, to eradicate all forms of violence. Second, to enhance the rule of law by ensuring access to justice for all. Third, develop effective, accountable, and transparent institutions in all level of government body. Programs: (1) maintaining peace, security, and order among society; (2) child protection; (3) handling cases in relates to the violence against women; (4) strengthen national legal coaching program; (5) Improving court management system; (6) Improving civil registration system; (7) Protect, Promote, and advocate human rights. 10
