We will hear reports from our President and Treasurer. Will we be holding a meeting of all Districts and the Amateur Clubs at 11:00 a.m. District Commissioners I Mark Mathewson, II Doug Whitfield, III Bruce Gerhardt and Don Drazdys, IV Paul Smoot, V Brett Sorensen, VI Marc Currie and Jason Francois, Amateur Commissioner will host the meetings. Elections will be held for District Commissioners in Districts I, III and V. This is your chance to be heard! If you cannot be present, please assign your votes on the credential form to your District Commissioner or another member. We will be sending out an agenda, credential form link for voting members, Slate of Candidates, and the minutes from the last AGM early next week. Awards of the Year Casey Mann presented the award for Girl s Completive Coach of the Year to Marcus Kelcher, Elite Girls Academy, Boy s Competitive Coach of the Year, Carlos Saenz, South Sioux City Soccer Club, Boy s Recreational Coach of the Year to Craig Jones, Fremont Soccer Club, Girl s Recreational Coach of the Year, Jose Lango, Fremont Soccer Club, Volunteer of the Year to Dusten Olds, Gretna Soccer Club, Administrator of the Year to Jamey Adams, Norfolk Soccer Club, TOPSoccer Coach of the Year, Janes Gehringer, Young Female Referee of the Year to Nadia Johns and Young Male Referee of the Year to Collin Stilen. IV. Sponsor Recognition Casey acknowledged sponsors, including OPTI, Soccer Internationale, Nike, Hudl and Creighton University V. Check of Credentials Michael Doria provided a report on credentials. There were 271 eligible votes, 142 checked in, which was 52.4% of the eligible votes. It was established that a quorum was present. Pam Sweeney motioned with a second by Dave Clements to accept late credentials; motion carried. VI. Approval of Minutes Mark Mathewson motioned with a second by Lanny Burgett to approve the November 22, 2015 minutes, motion carried. VII. President s Report Jon Eilers recognizes Jeff Hulbert, the NSSA staff and Board of Directors for their hard work and dedication. VIII. Treasurer s Report Paula Sharpe presented the budget report Marc Currie motioned and a second by Julie Karloff to accept the financial report presented; motion carried. IX. Proposed Amendments/Policy Changes none. X. Election of Officers Michael Doria and the nominations committee nominates Jon Eilers to be re elected as President. No other nominations from the floor. Motion to close nominations for President by Lanny Burgett and second by Paul Smoot. Motion to elect Jon Eilers as President, by acclimation. The nominations committee nominates Julie Karloff for reelection as Secretary. No other nominations from the floor. Motion to close nominations for Secretary by Doug Whitfield, second by Paul Smoot. Motion to elect Julie Karloff as Secretary, by acclimation. Doug Whitfield was re elected as District II Commissioner. Paul Smoot was reelected as District IV Commissioner.
