CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES October 4, 2007 Trenton Council Chamber 5:30 p.m. A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Trenton, New Jersey, was held on the above date at 5:45 p.m., in the Council Chamber, City Hall. The meeting was called to order by President Paul M. Pintella, who announced that adequate public notice had been provided to the public specifying the time and place for this meeting in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act. The FY 2007 annual notice was mailed to the Times and the Trentonian, posted on the first floor bulletin board in City Hall, and filed in the City Clerk s Office on June 21, 2007. Dion Clark, Walnut Avenue, spoke in support of better lighting in the City of Trenton. Paul Harris, 137 Centre Street, spoke regarding the Hip Hop Culture, andof implementing better laws regarding hate crimes.
PAGE 8 Jeanette Rosie, 471 Centre Street, advised Council that she was happy with the price that she received for her property from K. Hovnanian. Frank Weeden, 256 Allen Street, informed Council of the condition of the property adjacent to his factory, and of an executive session resolution that was not filed. He also informed of an OPRA request that was not completed to his satisfactory. Mr. Weeden also thanked Capital Health System for their service to the public. Mark Perna, 202 Fulton Street, advised of problems that he is having with the bar/restaurant known as El Rancho, which is attached to his property. Marjorie Pinder, 757 Centre Street, questioned Council about what was being done to the property located at the corner of Centre & Lalor.
