ROLL CALL: Saylor, present; Starkey, present; Brown, present; Compton, present; Garen, present. MIDDLE SCHOOL TRANSITE FLUE PIPE REMOVAL: 10-235 The superintendent recommends the East Clinton Local Board of Education hire Tackett Environmental Services, Inc., for the removal of Transite Flue Pipe in Upper level classroom in the Middle School at a cost of $6,958.00. (PI fund). PROM 2011: 10-236 The Superintendent recommends to the East Clinton Board of Education that the 2010-2011 Senior Prom be held at the Newport Aquarium, Newport, Kentucky. SOITA: 10-237 The superintendent recommends that the East Clinton Board of Education approve SOITA for the 2010-2011 school year at a cost of $1,065.75(General fund). 5

SOUTHERN OHIO ESC 2011: 10-238 The superintendent recommends that the East Clinton Board of Education approve the annual fee for fiscal year 2011 in the amount of $235,908.00. (General Fund). ($97,475.64 Hopewell) ($138,433.16 SOESC) EAST CLINTON CHEERLEADING PROPOSAL FOR 2010-2011 SEASON: 10-239 The superintendent recommends that the East Clinton Board of Education make the following changes to the Athletic Handbook regarding cheerleading (grades 9-12) for the 2010-2011 school year. ROOF TOP COMPRESSOR: 10-240 The superintendent recommends that the East Clinton Board of Education replace the roof top compressor unit at the New Vienna Elementary School building at a cost of $8,630.00 including an extended warranty for 4 years (034 fund). MIDDLE SCHOOL ROOF: 10-241 The superintendent recommends that the East Clinton Board of Education approve the advertisement for bids for the partial re-roof of the Middle School building. OAA TUTORING: 10-242 The superintendent recommends that the East Clinton Board of Education add Jennifer Morrow as an OAA tutor for the Sabina Elementary building.
