Commenting persons are reminded the Board will be pleased to listen to comments that are courteous, not repetitive and that do not identify anyone by name. Persons who desire to signal approval of a comment are requested to stand with the spokesperson while the comment is made. Speakers are requested to keep their comments to three minutes or less in order to provide all speakers equal time and opportunity to address the Board.
