Conclusion Minutes of the Meeting o Registration started at 6:30pm. o The meeting propostarted at 6:50pm. Ar. Achas, the chapter president, opened the meeting. o Ar. Achas recapped the assignments of each board member for the upcoming district induction to be hosted by Cebu Chapter o Ar. Malayao to present quotation on UAP Pins for Cebu Chapter in the upcoming Induction o Ar. Dante Jr. to finish layout of posters for the upcoming GMM and Induction o Dinner was served; discussion continued o Ar. Achas presented the proposed Calendar of Activities for fiscal year 2018-2019; including the proposed board resolutions o The schedule for monthly board meeting for the rest of the fiscal year was disseminated for advance reference o The body discussed the following proposed board resolutions: a. Board Res. 001-2018: For the change of signatories of the chapter bank account b. Board Res. 002-2018: For the purchase of the chapter phone, gavel and base, chapter dry seal. o The schedule of the first proposed CPD Program regarding the topic: Ecological Conservation was discussed; CPD committee headed by Ar. Lastimoso discussed overview of the seminar topic and Ar. Achas set schedule for CPD seminar applications to the UAP National CPD Dept. o Ar. Dy opened up proposals for picture-taking of officers in a photo studio; final schedule to be determined o Ar. Malayao discussed an overview of his orientation to new members to be included in the 1 st GMM o No further announcements were made o The meeting ended at 9:30pm. Karmela Po presented her treasurer s report for the previous fiscal year 2017-2018. o Dinner was served. o Ar. Achas presented to the body the following board resolutions: a. Board Res. 001-2018: For the change of signatories of the chapter bank account b. Board Res. 002-2018: For the purchase of the chapter phone, gavel and base, chapter dry seal. o Both board resolutions were approved by the majority of the body. o Ar. Achas informed the body of the upcoming Induction of New Members on Aug. 10, 2018 at the Cebu Country Club, 6pm. Attire: Filipiniana o Ar. Malayao proceeded with the short orientation for the new members. He discussed about the ff: a. Roles and Responsibilities of each member b. Rights and Privileges of being part of UAP c. RFID for all Cebu Chapter Active Members d. CPD o Winners of the previous GMM was called back for them to claim their prizes o The introduction of the new promotion of UAP which is sa Arkitekto Sigurado, For your plans and designs, consult an architect. Architects are encouraged to post and advertise the tag. o Ar. Tabasuarez updated the body about the releasing and distribution of the UAP Merchandise. Kits of the new members will be distributed at the Induction on August 10 while distribution of the UAP polo shirts for the members who pre-ordered will be on the next GMM. o Ar. Achas opened up about a position paper on the issue about a 20-storey building to be built right beside the Cebu Capitol building. o Ar. Canizares,FUAP gave the body an overview of the issue. o Ar. Achas then requested the new members present to come up front and introduce themselves. o Ar.
