The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ( "the Authority "), hereby issues an erratum to notice number 592 of 2017, published in Government Gazette No. 41044, published on 16 August 2017. 2. The Authority published a notice of a renewal application of an Individual Sound Broadcasting Service Licence and Radio a Frequency Spectrum Licence for North West FM. This was done in terms of Regulation 10 of the Process and Procedure Regulations for Individual Licences and Special Temporary Authorisations of 2010 as published on published on Government Gazette No 33293 (as amended), read with sections 11 (1) and (2) of the Electronic Communications Act No 36 of 2005. 3. From the published notice number 592 of 2017 on Government Gazette number 41044, the Authority hereby makes the following changes. Paragraph five (5) line six (6), the email "David.mabs @northwest.co.za" should be replaced by the email "David.mabs @nortwestfm.co.za ". 4. The Authority therefore allows interested parties to lodge representation /s as per amended notice. 5. Interested parties are invited to lodge written representations to North West FM in relation to the amended notice within seven (7) working days of the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.
