Our Benefits For over 25 years, Women s Bean Project has helped women break the cycle of poverty and unemployment through transitional job in gourmet food and handmade jewelry manufacturing to receive immediate income and support services to overcome barriers to employment. She also learns the job readiness, interpersonal and life skills to create a new future for herself, her family, our community and economy. 4
