The following non refundable charges would be charged per nomination filed: Filing fees are as under: For President : Rs. 3000/- For Vice President / secretary/treasurer: RS. 2000/- For other post and executive committee members: RS. 1000/- It has been decided that all those members whose renewal subscription or outstanding dues are not received till 6 th June 2018 would not be eligible to cast their vote in ensuring elections. Fix Assets are recorded at Historical Cost of Acquisition and is stated at acquisition cost less gross depreciation. (B) Subject to above : - (a) We have obtained all the information and explanation which, to the best of our knowledge and belief, were necessary for the purpose of the audit. (b) In our opinion, proper books of accounts have been kept by The Chess Parents Association Rajasthan so far as appears from our examination of the books. (c) Stock of Chess Board is taken as certified by the management of the association.
