The invocation was given by Daniel Kanter, Minister, First Unitarian Church of Dallas. Will Altabef, Freshmen, Marshall University led the Pledge of Allegiance. The meeting agenda, which was posted in accordance with Chapter 551, "OPEN MEETINGS," of the Texas Government Code, was presented.
