PHYLLIS SEWELL-IGNACZ a portion of the lane adjacent to the building located at 7410 rue Ouimet in the arrondissement de Verdun, Ville de Montréal, fully described and known as lot number 3 966 038 of the Land Register of Quebec, Registration Division of Montreal, measuring approximately 36.9 m², and this, for a sum of $1.00. 20.04 Award contract S08/007 to Les Entreprises Catcan inc. in the amount of $356,890.21, including all applicable taxes, for the stabilization and renaturalization of a waterfront segment on the southern tip of L'Île-des-Soeurs neighbourhood. 20.05 Awarding of contract S08/015 for professional services - plans, specifications and onsite supervision - for the construction of a wastewater retention basin at parc Willibrord to GENIVAR, limited partnership, in the amount of $264,804.75, including all applicable taxes. 30 Administration and Finance 30.01 Tabling of the borough's budget report for the month of August 2008. 30.02 Approval of the detailed list of cheques issued by the borough for the period from August 16 to September 25, 2008. 30.03 Tabling of the report on the compliance with the authorization limits of supply expenditures for the period from August 16 to September 25, 2008, in accordance with the borough's by-law pertaining to the delegation of powers to municipal officers and employees (By-law RCA05 210009). 30.04 Auction sale of various items further to evictions. 30.05 Subsidy request from Forum économique de Verdun for the data continuity and updating of its business directory. 30.06 Ratify the permission granted to Refuge pour chats de Verdun to hold a garage sale on September 20 and 21, 2008, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. at Centre Champlain site located at 1325 rue Crawford in the borough. 30.07 Approve a monetary contribution in the amount of $12,500.00 to Action surveillance Verdun in addition to the previous amount granted by the borough under resolution CA08 210021 in connection with the Programme montréalais de soutien à l'action citoyenne en sécurité urbaine. 30.08 Approve an expenditure of $7,618.00 by the borough within the framework of the Programme municipal d'intervention de Milieu et des Priorités jeunesse municipales 2007-2009 to introduce borough youth of ages 12 to 17 to sport activities through "Samedi de bouger" project. 30.09 Appropriation of $1,000,000 from the surplus to temporary finance recoverable expenditures. 30.10 Approve modifications to the 2008-2009-2010 capital expenditure program (structuring) and appropriate the 2007 surplus balances. 40 By-laws 40.01 Request for minor exemption so as to allow the construction of a solarium at 1325 rue Leclair with a 3.65-metre projection into the backyard and a 1.52-metre encroachment into the rear setback. 40.02 Request for minor exemption so as to allow a 14.27-metre lot depth on lot 4 237 649 further to the subdivision of existing lot 1 200 118 (7159 boulevard LaSalle). 40.03 Request for minor exemption so as to allow a portion of rue Gibbons on lot 3 636 447 with a 12.80-metre width and its extension towards rue Brassard with a 7.85-metre width whereas the minimum width required is 15 metres. 40.04 Request for approval by site planning and architectural integration (SPAIP) submitted so as to allow non compliant signage at 5884 rue de Verdun (Bergevin & Plante Optométristes). 40.05 Request for approval by site planning and architectural integration program (SPAIP) submitted so as to allow new signage at 3819 rue Wellington (MAX $20). 40.06 Request for approval by site planning and architectural integration program (SPAIP) so as to allow the demolition of the main building located at 325 to 327 rue Rielle (lot 1 183 691). 40.07 Request for approval by site planning and architectural integration program (SPAIP) submitted concerning new signage at 4215 rue Wellington (Société des Alcools du Québec). 40.08 Request for approval by site planning and architectural integration program (SPAIP) submitted concerning new signage at 550 rue de l'église (Viandal). 40.09 Request for approval by site planning and architectural integration program (SPAIP) submitted so as to allow a rear extension visible from the public thoroughfare at 4901 rue Wellington (Centre Pause Parents-Enfants). 40.10 Request to modify the site plan submitted so as to allow non compliant signage on the Verdun Auditorium facade at 4110 boulevard LaSalle. 40.11 Request for approval by site planning and architectural integration program (SPAIP) submitted so as to allow the construction of a 3-unit residential building on lot 1 183 691 (formerly 325 to 327 rue Rielle). 40.12 Zoning modification request so as to allow the "workshop and auto repairing garage for cars, trucks and buses" use in Zone I03-52 (750 chemin du Golf).
