REPORTS OF COUNCL COMMTTEES Mayor Pro-Tern Cuccard reported the next Fnance Commttee meetng s scheduled to meet October 20th. Counclmember Ashby reported on the [October 9th] Economc Development and Toursm Commttee, and the next meetng s on November 13th. Counclmember Lucarell reported the Utltes Commttee s scheduled to meet October 16th. The Sewer Advsory Commttee meetng s scheduled to meet January 17th at Port Orchard Cty Hall. The Chmes and Lghts Commttee s scheduled to meet October 16th. Counclmember Dener reported the Land Use Commttee meetng s scheduled for October 18th at 720 Prospect Street. Counclmember Chang reported that the Lodgng Tax Advsory Commttee meetng s scheduled for October 16th. 9. REPORT OF MAYOR No Mayor's report was gven. 10. REPORT OF DEPARTMENT HEADS

And extended an nvtaton to the October 26th WSDOT Open House for the Hghway 16 Study. Communty Development Drector Bond nformed of the October 23rd Bethel Sedgwck Corrdor Plan Open House, and November 15th the Cty's Archtecture and Ste Desgn Standards Open House. Deputy Cty Clerk Floyd remnded Councl to sgn the WSUD letter presented n the busness tems, and requested responses to quorum notcng. 11. CTZENS COMMENTS Allen Brownng spoke to the ctzen comment perod and parkng enforcement. Councl and staff offered Mr. Brownng resources to address hs concerns such as; Counclmember scheduled meetngs, webste contact, and Publc Works malbox. Gerry Harmon spoke to the placement of government ads n the local newspaper, schedulng of commttee meetng and postng of the commttee meetng agendas. Counclmembers and staff nformed of other ways to obtan the nformaton. 12. EXECUTVE SESSON No executve sesson was held. 13. ADJOURNMENT The meetng adjourned at 7:32 p.m. No other acton was taken.
