FUZO, MR. MELICK, MS. KARROW, MR. MULLER, MR. SAUERLAND. Director Fuzo announced: "This meeting is being held in accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act. Adequate notice has been given by posting throughout the year a copy of the notice on Bulletin Boards on the First and Second Floor of the Route 12 County Complex, Building #1, Flemington, New Jersey, a public place reserved for such announcements. RESOLUTION - Approving a professional services agreement for certified home health aide services with Visiting Health and Supportive Services, Inc., in the amount of $172,331. 30. RESOLUTION - Approving a contract modification with Vantage Health System/Touchstone, for the residential substance abuse treatment services for eligible County residents, amount revised from $15,000 to $25,000. 31. RESOLUTION - Approving individuals authorized to sign documents for various Human Services Grants. Added On: 32. RESOLUTION - Approving the execution of Task Order No. LA01-02-08, Safety Management System, reimbursement amount not to exceed $591,000.00. 33. GRANT APPLICATIONS 01. RESOLUTION - Approving the renewal of a grant application with Health and Senior Services, to reduce the public health impact of tobacco use, in the amount of $60,000. 02. RESOLUTION - Approving a Spending Plan for a 2002 Solid Waste Services Tax Fund Entitlement in the amount of $96,734. 03. RESOLUTION - Approving a State Grant Agreement for #03AHKC, with NJ Human Services, for a Public Donor Agreement to provide funding necessary to ensure the operation of HHSAC Administration of the Child Abuse and Mission Children Commission and for School Based Initiative Programs, in the amount of $68,181 and a County Match of $3,508. 04. RESOLUTION - Approving a State Grant Agreement, with NJ Human Services, for 2003 Homeless funds, in the amount of $53,016. 05. RESOLUTION - Approving a State Grant Agreement, with NJ Human Services, for Transportation Services in 2003 and the concomitant Public Donor Agreement, in the amount of $123,320. VII. FARMLAND PRESERVATION 01. RESOLUTION - Approving a revised acquisition for development Easement under the Farmland Preservation Program from Raritan Township (Maraspin), for Block 84, Lot 2.01 in Raritan, (SADC - $515,428.32; County - $137,447.55; and Raritan - $206,171.33), for a total of $859,047.20. RESOLUTION - Requesting the Division of Local Government Services to approve the insertion of an item of revenue in the budget for Work First New Jersey, in the amount of $34,999.00. 02.
