Officers contacted 25 y/o Kayla Ballez and she reported that someone had damaged her vehicle. A report was taken. The driver 19 y/o Orland resident Sabrina Morales was cited for expired registration. Officers contacted 52 y/o Doyle Shippelhoute who reported a female subject, driving a silver Toyota 4Runner stopped at the avenue of lights and stole stuffed animals. The vehicle was stopped and the property was recovered. During the investigation, the driver, 30 y/o Paradise resident Chelsey Vincent was arrested for DUI, DUI with a BAC greater than.08%, child endangerment, and possession of an open container. Shippelhoute declined to pursue charges for the theft and the property was returned. Vincent was booked into the Glenn County Jail and the vehicle was turned over to a licensed, sober driver. The juvenile returned home around 2100 hours, but had been defiant. The incident was documented and the RP was advised to contact her son's Probation Officer. The incident happened ten minutes before the call was made. The area was checked and was unable to locate. The driver, 18 y/o Orland resident, Bryan Perez-Chavez, was issued a citation for speeding. The phone has been replaced, documentation only. PUBLIC NUISANCE Trespass Dec 19, 2016-Monday at 11:36 624 SIXTH ST 160870 O responded to the report of harassment. Officers contacted 43 y/o Gary Campbell of Orland. Campbell reported that his ex-girlfriend 39 y/o Janey Schell of Orland has been harassing him at his place of business. Campbell requested that Schell be admonished for trespassing at R&R Sales. Officers provided Campbell with information on how to obtain a restraining order. Officers then admonished Schell for trespassing at R&R Sales. The incident was documented, no further action by O. Officers determined that the Collison was non-injury and assisted both parties with an information exchange. Officers contacted the RP who reported that there was a older model blue sedan in the parking lot and that it appeared as is people were camping in the vehicle. Upon Officers arrival at scene the subjects were not present. The RP requested extra patrol in the area. WARRANT Bench Warrants/Felony/Booked Dec 19, 2016-Monday at 20:04 1027 MARIN ST 160871 O responded to a report of a possible domestic incident and a subject with a felony warrant Officers located 28 y/o Orland residents, Saul Perez, at the residence, who was arrested for a felony warrant alleging assault with a deadly weapon, felony domestic violence, false imprisonment w/ violence, child endangerment, and multiple special allegations. Perez was booked into the Glenn County Jail and his bail was set at $330,000.00 OTHER INCIDENT 310 Verbal Notice By Police Dec 20, 2016-Tuesday at 01:10 O initiated a traffic enforcement stop on a White, 1999, Chevrolet, Tahoe for a speeding violation. The driver, 22 Y/O Armon Skidmore, of Orland was issued a notice of a suspended license.
