The vehicle was stopped and the property was recovered. During the investigation, the driver, 30 y/o Paradise resident Chelsey Vincent was arrested for DUI, DUI with a BAC greater than.08%, child endangerment, and possession of an open container. Shippelhoute declined to pursue charges for the theft and the property was returned. Vincent was booked into the Glenn County Jail and the vehicle was turned over to a licensed, sober driver.
