I am a lawyer by profession and I have been engaged in the private practice of law since 2001 up to the present. As a self-employed professional, I have the flexibility of time to travel and pursue my interests and passion, including having the ability to participate in CISV programmes and Regional Training Fora consistently from 2007 up to the present and to hold various positions in CISV Philippines and CISV International. I come from a CISV Family. My husband, Joseph has been a CISVer since he was 16 years old and went as a JC to Sweden. He has been tapped to be International Camp Director of the Villages in Korea (2007), Pune, India (2011), and the Cebu-Japan Village (2012). My three sons have gone as Child delegates to the United Kingdom in 2009, Farum, Denmark in 2010, and in Lisbon, Portugal in 2016. They have also participated in other programmes of CISV. With my professional and personal background, I have the flexibility to commit my time to be a Governing Board member because I am not constrained by any professional obstacles or demands and I am fortunate to have personal and familial support in my volunteer work. As a professional and a CISVer, I was very interested in the reorganization of CISV International in 2013. Because of this, I applied for and became a member of the Transition Team. I was part of the team that recommended the current organizational structure of CISV International. After the CISV International Ltd (Valid from 2014) Page 2 of 5

I would like to bring to the Governing Board, my attitudes, skills and knowledge, as a lawyer, a risk manager, an active CISVer on all levels, and as a CISV parent.
