A petition for the establishment of the American Electric Lofts Community Improvement District has been filed with the City Clerk. The boundaries of the proposed American Electric Lofts Community Improvement Distrct are: Lots Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), in Block Twenty- Eight (28) in Original Town, now the City of St. Joseph, Buchanan County, Missouri.
