The language in which the press conference will be held is English. INTERVIEWS AND IMAGE OPPORTUNITIES Level P Inside lobby C4: There are locations for interviews and photo opportunities in the lobby at the main entrance. Outside - Entrance C1: On Monday 9 October, the technical staff of accredited televisions will have access to the main entrance C1, in the area for image opportunities, in order to install the equipment, starting at 6.00 a.m. CTV BROADCAST TRUCKS STOP Level S1 CTV broadcast trucks for live transmissions by the accredited TV channels can be parked only at the S1 level of the Parliament Palace, in a designated area. Access to the
courtyard of the Parliament Palace will be done only using auto accreditation badges at this event. Note: For live broadcasting of the arrival of guests on Monday, 9 October, CTV broadcast trucks are allowed to park in the area facing the Constitutional Court starting on Sunday, 8 October, 18.00 (vehicles will have access at entrance C1 using the special badge; technical staff and reporters will use exclusively entrance A3S2). SPECIAL COMMITTEE MEETINGS Level P+P1 Meetings of all five committees will take place in rooms situated at level P of the Palace of the Parliament. Media representatives accredited to this event will have access to all committee meetings. reports will be available on NATO PA s web page (www.nato-pa.int), as well as inside the meeting rooms. Speeches will be available on the web page only after they have been held. A draft of resolutions adopted by committees will be available inside committee rooms as well as online, only after they have been adopted in the plenary session. PLENARY SESSION, MONDAY, OCTOBER 9 LEVEL P1 During the plenary session, live stand-ups will not be permitted from the plenary hall. Photo reporters will have access to the presidium for image opportunities at the beginning of the session for 3 minutes after the opening remarks. INTERNAL REGULATIONS Throughout the course of their activity in the Parliament Palace, accredited journalists have the obligation to wear the special badge on display. Also, journalists must have a photo ID (passport or ID card) if identity verification is required. Smoking is allowed only in the specially designated and signaled areas (P level). During the activity in the Palace of the Parliament, accredited journalists are requested to observe the established access routes, access to technical areas, security control areas and any other area not intended for the event is not permitted. All persons who have access to the Palace of the Parliament are required to undergo a security check at the entrance to the building.
