ODPhi motions to open go over the 2017 constitution and bylaws 1. PLC seconds 2. Voting: 10:0:0 motion passes iii. All amendments are to be sent to the Executive Vice President for next week 1. Increasing Dues a. already increased to $20.00 per active 2. Elections a. If constitution passes this semester it will be in effect this semester b. the fine is an unreasonable to fine not fair for those organizations that have smaller numbers c. more formal way to run elections (not off the floor) d. allows the chapter to choose a member e. allows all chapters to be represented on the MGC exec council f. Fine amount can be changed g. exemptions can be created for organizations who have smaller numbers 3. GPA requirement for Exec positions a. increase can affect the number of members that can apply 4. Bylaws Article II Section 1 Letter G a. no checks and balances for new organizations to join MGC council b. restricting those who want to join MGC due to MGC not having sufficient grades c. There is not voting - only need to do required OFSL paperwork

iv. d. OFSL needs to approve before they can present to MGC e. Can adopt a time period to allow members join like PHA s policy f. Cannot limit the opportunities for others to bring a new organization to campus and into MGC ODPhi moves to table the discussion of the 2017 constitution and Bylaws 1. NAK seconds 2.
