Kindly note that the quantity for Shriganganagar Project is fixed i.e. 30000 bags, whereas 2% variation of the total quantity may be allowed in the Truck load to be delivered to Kota project, as per RTPP rules. E.M.D. : Rs. 38,000/-. It is to be deposited in the form of DD in favour of "Rajasthan Rajya Tilhan Utpadak Sahakari Sangh Ltd.", payable at Kota. Required Validity of : 30 days from the date of tender tenderer's offer Required supply : 45 days from the date of issue of P.O. period Payment Term : The payment shall be released with in 10 days of getting the complete supplies. No advances shall be released during the supply, which may please be noted. The payment of material, delivered at our Sriganganagar Project, shall also be realesed by us after getting the quality confirmation from the G.M of Sriganganagar Project, however the art work for printing of bags is to be got approved from the respective Projects i.e. Kota and Sriganganagar. Note : 1. One rate is to be quoted for the required quantity of bags, irrespective of delivery destination that should be on FOR plants basis and is to be quoted below in the sapce provided for it. 2. Taxes and levies, if applicable, must be mentioned separately but included in FOR rates. 3. The party, quoting the rates, should be genuine Manufacturer/Reputed supplier. 4. Tender of the party, quoting more than one rate, shall be rejected. 5. The successful tenderer is required to get the art work approved from respective projects within 10 days of issuance of PO, which is inclusive in supply period of 45 days. 6. One sample each is to be got approved from the respective projects before the start of manufacturing/supplies in order to avoid inconvenience/financial losses to the party. Correction of Arithmetical Errors : Provided that a Financial Bid is substantially responsive, the Procuring Entity will correct arithmetical errors during evaluation of Financial Bids on the following basis : (i) (ii) (iii) if there is a discrepancy between the unit price and the total price that is obtained by multiplying the unit price and quantity, the unit price shall prevail and the total price shall be corrected, unless in the opinion of the Procuring Entity there is an obvious misplacement of the decimal point in the unit price, in which case the total price as quoted shall govern and the unit price shall be corrected; if there is an error in a total corresponding to the addition or subtraction of subtotals, the subtotals shall prevail and the total shall be corrected; and if there is a discrepancy between words and figures, the amount in words shall prevail, unless the amount expressed in words is related to an arithmetic error, in which case the amount in figures shall prevail subject to (i) and (ii) above. 2.
