In accordance with section 447.403(5)(a), Florida Statutes, please be advised that we have reached agreement on all provisions of the collective bargaining agreement with the Police Benevolent Association, with the exception of Article 22 - Wages. Although we anticipate the resolution of most of the contract articles with the Federation of Public Employees, at this time the entire contract is at impasse. Negotiations continue and we will inform you of any tentative agreements reached by the parties regarding these impasse articles.
