Record of Proceedings Minutes of the July 26, 2016 Regular Meeting OTSEGO LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION Meeting Number 2016-08 Call to Order called to order the Regular Meeting of the Board of Education for the Otsego Local School District on July 26, 2016 at 6:00 pm at the Otsego Bus Garage. Absent Pledge of Allegiance led the Pledge of Allegiance. Approval of the Minutes moved to approve the minutes, Mrs Snyder seconded. 16-76Minutes Approval declared the motion carried. Agenda Approval Upon recommendation by the Superintendent, moved, seconded 16-77 Agenda Approval declared the motion carried. Board Member James Harter arrived at 6:04 pm.

C, Approve the service agreement with Resolute Interpreting per Exhibit 6.

Upon recommendation by the Superintendent, moved, seconded 16-82 Resolute Interpreting FY17 declared the motion carried. D. Final reading and approval of the Standards Based School Counselor Evaluation Policy per Exhibit 7. Upon recommendation by the Superintendent, moved, seconded No 16-83- Std Based School Counselor Eval Policy declared the motion carried. E. Final reading and approval of the Revised Standards Based Teacher Evaluation Policy per Exhibit 8. Upon recommendation by the Superintendent, moved, seconded No 16-84- Revised Std Based Teacher Eval Policy declared the motion carried. Old Business - None New Business None Executive Session - To discuss employment of personnel moved that the board enter into Executive Session to discuss employment of personnel, Mr. Harter seconded.

Mr Harter 16-85- Executive Session 6:23 pm declared the motion carried. declared members out of executive session at 6:26 pm. Adjournment There being no further business to come before the Board, moved, seconded Board approval to adjourn the meeting. 16-86 Adjournment 6:27 pm declared the motion carried. Certificate of Available Resources Certificate Section ORC 5705.412 IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED the Otsego Local School District Board of Education, Wood County, Ohio has sufficient funds to meet the contract agreement, obligation, payment or expenditure for the above, and has in effect for the remainder of the fiscal year and the succeeding fiscal year the authorization to levy taxes which, when combined with the estimated revenue from all other sources available to the district at the time of certification, are sufficient to provide operating revenues necessary to enable the district to operate an adequate educational program on all the days set forth in its adopted school calendar for the current fiscal year equal to the number of days instruction was held or is scheduled for the current fiscal year.
