Combined Group will include all WG12 members. Break-out sessions will be concurrent and will involve each member selecting a particular Part of the project and working on that Part within a smaller group. Break out sessions will be decided at the meeting. 4. In order to ensure minutes are as correct as possible, the minutes will be distributed by the morning break of the day after. Each delegate is expected to read the minutes, for discussion at the end of the day's work at 5:00pm. 5.
